I support creatives attaches great importance to your privacy and is therefore transparent about what information I collect about you. This privacy statement is intended to give you an insight into the data that I collect, why I collect the data and what I do with it. Your privacy is important and I hope you will take the time to read this policy carefully. 

WHAT INFORMATION DO I COLLECT FROM YOU AND WHY?

STATISTICS

When you visit our website, I store certain data about you in statistics (Google Analytics). This data includes browser type, location data (IP address), the operating system you use and the domain name of the website that directed you to our website. I use these statistics to analyse the browsing behaviour of our visitors and to use them to optimise my website for our users. The statistics are completely anonymous, so you have nothing to fear.

CONTACT INFORMATION

When you fill in the intro talk form on our website, I keep a record of the information you fill in. I securely store your first name, last name, telephone number, email address, message and the time of sending. This is necessary to be able to communicate with you in the correct way.

When filling in forms, your personal data are only processed in the context of my customer management. If you are a customer with us, I also store your contact and invoice data. These data are necessary for a smooth cooperation.

COACHING SESSION DATA AND AI-ASSISTED PROCESSING

If you are a coaching client, I keep a personal growth plan for you throughout our trajectory. To do this carefully and consistently, I use:

  • A transcription service (Plaud) that converts the audio of our sessions into a written transcript.

  • An AI assistant (Claude, developed by Anthropic) that helps me structure and summarise the session content within your growth plan.

What data is processed. The audio recording or transcript of our session, the notes I take, and information you share about your work, professional situation and personal context, insofar as this is relevant to the coaching. I do not share your full name, contact details or special categories of personal data (such as health, religion or sexual orientation) with the AI assistant, unless this is necessary for the coaching and you have explicitly agreed to this.

Purpose. Exclusively to draft and update your personal growth plan and the associated action points. The processing serves my coaching practice and is not used for any other purpose.

Who has access. Only I do. Transcripts and growth plans are stored in my secured Google Drive environment. The AI assistant only processes your data at the moment I actively work with it. In my account settings I have explicitly opted out of allowing this data to be used to train AI models.

Your additional rights as a coaching client. In addition to the rights listed below, you can at any time:

  • object to processing via an AI assistant and request that I draft your growth plan entirely manually;

  • ask me not to include certain topics in the written growth plan;

  • request access to or deletion of your transcripts or growth plan.

By signing the coaching agreement, you confirm that you have read this section and agree to this way of working.

LAWFUL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

I process your personal data on the basis of:

  • the performance of our coaching agreement;

  • my legitimate interest in running and improving my coaching practice;

  • your explicit consent, in particular for the use of AI-assisted processing of your coaching session data.

WITH WHOM DO I SHARE YOUR DATA?

Your personal data are never passed on to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. I do not share your personal data with companies, organisations or individuals, except with the processors listed below who act on my instructions, or to comply with a legal obligation.

PROCESSORS I WORK WITH

To run my coaching practice, I rely on the following processors who may, strictly on my instruction, process your personal data:

  • Google Workspace (Google Drive, Gmail) — storage of growth plans and communication

  • Plaud — session audio transcription

  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI-assisted drafting of growth plans

  • Squarespace — website hosting

A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place with each of these processors where required by the GDPR..

HOW DO I SECURE YOUR DATA?

The data is stored in a well secured and protected online database. Because I collect and process all data within the European Economic Area, it is protected in accordance with European privacy standards. Furthermore, users are protected against unauthorised access by means of:

  • encrypting my website with SSL;

  • two-factor authentication on the accounts where your data is stored;

  • access being limited to me as the sole controller..

WHAT IS THE RETENTION PERIOD FOR YOUR DATA?

Contact form data: up to 3 years after you have sent a contact form.

  • Coaching transcripts and growth plans: for the duration of our coaching trajectory and a maximum of 2 years thereafter.

  • Audio recordings: deleted as soon as the transcript has been processed.

  • Invoicing data: kept for 7 years in accordance with Belgian accounting law.

WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE?

As a user, you have a number of rights which relate to your personal data. If you wish to invoke one of these rights, please contact I support creatives directly by sending an e-mail to hi@isupportcreatives.com. I do my best to process all requests within 30 working days.

RIGHT OF ACCESS AND RECTIFICATION

You have the right to inspect all personal data that I collect from you. You can have any incorrect or incomplete data changed or deleted..

RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN

A visitor always has the right to have his data removed from my database.

RIGHT TO FILE A COMPLAINT

You have the right to receive the personal data you provided to me in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit those data to another controller of your choice.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT

Any user or visitor whose personal data is collected has the right to object to the processing of that data and to withdraw previously given consent at any time.

RIGHT TO RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING

You have the right to (temporarily) stop the processing of your personal data.

RIGHT TO FILE A COMPLAINT

If you believe that I have processed your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit) — www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.

AMENDMENTS

My privacy statement may be amended from time to time. The privacy statement of I support creatives was last amended on 23/06/2026.

This website makes use of cookies. Cookies are small data files that are sent to your browser from this website and stored on your hard drive. This data is used to identify repeat visitors and to better adapt the website to them. In this way, the visitor will be able to log in more quickly and, if necessary, see adjusted content. This way, you do not have to fill in your personal details again each time you visit this website.
