IHadewych (founder, boss and graphic mastermind at @zwerm.studio) was determined to elevate her studio to new heights, in its communication strategies, client interactions, and internal workflows. She also sought to improve her skills in realistic time management, as she frequently found herself grappling with tight deadlines, leading to increased work pressure within the studio.
She faced a pivotal decision through our coaching trajectory: expand her team by hiring an additional employee? She gained the confidence to take the leap and hired a project manager.
This strategic decision not only allowed Hadewych to delegate tasks but also created a better work-life balance for her 😇. She now has the freedom to step back from day-to-day operations, enabling her to focus on more creative endeavors.
Furthermore, Hadewych became more assertive in implementing pricing strategies, overcoming her fears and setting realistic rates for her services. This newfound confidence in pricing has positively impacted the studio and positioned Zwerm Studio as a trusted provider in sectors other than the cultural sector.
She acknowledges the trajectory was very valuable but expressed the need for more guidance in prospecting. As a business coach, I am committed to addressing this specific area of improvement, dedicating myself to deepening my expertise in prospecting throughout the summer.
