Nicole (@nclbrck) was the first interior architect that I got to coach. I love that people have trust in my abilities, as all expertise within the industry comes with its specific challenges.​​​​​​​​​

Nicole is strongly aware that as a solo entrepreneur, you have to believe in yourself, and that evolved more and more during our collaboration. That assurance helped her in doing her job and convincing potential clients to engage with her.

Confidence came from a deeper understanding of what she does and where she wants to go.

During our trajectory, Nicole wanted to work on setting the right goals, executing them, large-scale planning that is future-oriented, and clearly formulating her market position.

She appreciated my method of refining goals to their essence and examining them to see what was most important to her. I pushed her to take matters into her own hands, otherwise, things would linger for too long.
