Kristof
Studio krikri
Kristof, a visual artist balancing freelance work with a bigger dream (studiokrikri.com), came to coaching with a clear question: how do I sell my skills as a product instead of a service? Here's how we made it happen:
From service to product
Kristof wanted to expand his webshop — both by marketing what he already had and by launching new products. We built a clear, strategic plan aligned with his goals, with achievable intermediate deadlines that kept him motivated and let him track his progress step by step.
Getting the product right
We dove into the details: researching fabrics, finding the right production partners, making sure the fit was right, and optimising packaging and distribution. Every choice was made to support a sustainable, workable production process.
Structure in the day-to-day
Alongside the product work, we introduced planning methods that gave Kristof grip on his one-man business: agenda screenshots, fixed blocks for admin tasks, scheduled breaks and notifications, an idea backlog, and minimalistic weekly to-do lists.
Results
Three new products launched, around 30 units sold, and a sustainable production process in place. Kristof gained a more holistic view of his business, better control over his daily schedule and priorities — and he still uses the planning methods we set up together.
Evaluation
"Katrijn her positive attitude & goal driven motivation was very contagious. Her supportive role within my own little one-man-salsa-band was quite the eye opening experience."
