@janauzoeghelu is not the usual creative profile that comes knocking at my door. She is not a photographer, graphic designer, jewelry or furniture maker. Although, developing genre-bending menus that look like art on a plate? Sounds like creativity to me 😇.
Plus, I believed (and I still do) so strongly in her concept @onu.naturalhealth. Her intrinsic motivation, drive and will burst through my screen during our intro talk which convinced me to support her.

Jana is a very purpose-oriented person, has very strong insight into what she wants to achieve in the short and long term. She already had a lot of experience and tested her concept last year. Then Covid happened and made her look at what she was doing from a completely different perspective.

The hardest thing for her was to believe in her own concept. I’m proud I was able to that. Although I could be more feasibility of her timeline a bit earlier, I could improve her self-confidence. As she describes: “it was because I was able to share the next steps and what I was working on.”

I supported in: improving self-confidence, giving constructive feedback, turning plans into tasks, monitor on to do’s, bring structure, being a sounding board.
