When I say transformation, I say Gertjan (or the other way around 😉)​​​​​​​​

During our intro talk in March, Gertjan (@gertsocial_) indicated that the small clients he worked with were the most difficult. They made him insecure, in his skills but also because of their poor communication and late payment.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
He wanted to think bigger and needed help to do so. More prominent clients, and long-term goals. Because he said: "if I do this on my own, I won't see the wood for the trees, and I'll go into too much detail." ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
During session 1, it became clear that he wanted to focus mainly on video, so he adjusted his online profile accordingly. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
We prepared the difficult conversations to get away from those small clients since they demanded a lot of energy. Saying no to projects that didn’t suit him anymore.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
By doing this, his self-confidence was boosted, and he felt he was in a stronger position.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
When in session 2 he had to write down his long-term goals using a tool I sent him, he went further than he ever thought he could. I can't write much about it yet 😇, because it's still a secret, but I saw him shine when he told me what his ultimate dream is.​​​​​​​​

As a business coach, it gave me immense satisfaction to really help him during our trajectory of 4 months with the difficulties he was facing, the recurring pitfalls and think bigger picture.​​​​​​​​

The transformation is real.
