Felix, @felix_ysbear, is a multifaceted freelancer with expertise in illustration, animation, visuals and projection mapping. Because he is interested in so many areas, he wants to do a lot. And he admits, preferably all at once because he wants to seize many opportunities.

Focus and making choices were the most important aspects we worked on during our trajectory.

I never gave him a direction or the intention that he should choose one expertise to focus on. He is who he is. A multifaceted freelancer. By talking about his future plans, he discovered that he has time. Not everything has to be done at once.

As Felix has just started freelancing, it was interesting to talk about the kind of jobs he wants to attract. We established a number of values that he can use as a parameter.

We also discussed pricing, and looked in detail at assignments and offers. I gave him insights on how to make a good week schedule. This resulted in his own way of planning and following it up effectively.

By discussing his doubts, he realised that his self-confidence improved and he gets more credibility by doing more work.

Our sessions were motivating, they had a positive effect to both of us.
